Ingredients for Adana Kisir Recipe

Adana Kisir Recipe Preparation

  1. First we wet the bulgur and We take it to infuse.
  2. Then we chop the parsley and onions finely with a few leaves of lettuce.
  3. Add the brewed bulgur pastes.
  4. Sprinkle some oil and salt with chili flakes. We knead it by adding it.
  5. We also squeeze the lemon well.
  6. Lastly, we mix the greens with a little oil again, mix our cucumber thoroughly for the last time, place lettuce leaves on the presentation plate and put balls on it.
  7. We serve it by decorating the presentation plate with other vegetables.
