Ingredients for the Antakya Style Potato Meatballs with Lilac Sauce Recipe
- 3 large potatoes
- 2 cups of bulgur for meatballs
- 3 tablespoons of pepper paste (with or without hot, optional)
- 1 tablespoon of basil
- 1 tablespoon of cumin
- 1 level tablespoon of salt
- Half a bunch of parsley
- 2 large onions

- 1 teaspoon cumin

- Meatballs, bulgur paste, salt and spices are soaked in 1 glass of cold water.
- Meanwhile, put the potatoes on the fire to be boiled. Let’s put it on.
