- 1 egg yolk
- Half a tea glass rice
- 1 and a half tablespoons of whole wheat flour
- 3 and a half tablespoons of yogurt (equivalent to a 210 ml jar)
- 1 and a half glasses of water (can be increased depending on the consistency.)
- 1 teaspoon of mint
Baby Yogurt Soup +7 Months Recipe Preparation
- Rice is washed thoroughly. By adding water, it is boiled well first.
- Meanwhile, whisk 1 egg yolk, 1 and a half tablespoons of whole wheat flour, 3 and a half tablespoons of yogurt thoroughly.
- After the cooked rice cools a little, Add in yogurt and mix. (it is added after the yoghurt is warmed up so that it does not cut)
- Add the mixture to the pot next to the rice and add 1 and a half cups of water and let it boil.
- Add the mint last, boil for a few more minutes and take it off the stove. .
