  • 1 egg yolk

  • 1 teaspoon of mint

  1. Rice is washed thoroughly. By adding water, it is boiled well first.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk 1 egg yolk, 1 and a half tablespoons of whole wheat flour, 3 and a half tablespoons of yogurt thoroughly.
  3. After the cooked rice cools a little, Add in yogurt and mix. (it is added after the yoghurt is warmed up so that it does not cut)
  4. Add the mixture to the pot next to the rice and add 1 and a half cups of water and let it boil.
  5. Add the mint last, boil for a few more minutes and take it off the stove. .
