Ingredients for Batik (Anamur Region) Recipe

  • 7 tea glasses of bulgur with meatball
  • 1 grain onion
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste

  • Peanuts + sesame seeds mix
  • Salt
  • Parsley
  • Dill

Batik (Anamur Region) Recipe Preparation

  1. Wet bulgur with hot water. Dried tomatoes are boiled in a little water for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Small chopped onions are rubbed with salt. Tomato paste, dried onion and bulgur are thoroughly kneaded.
  3. The kneading is continued by adding the ground sesame+pistachio mixture.
  4. Lemon, parsley and dill are added. It can also be prepared in the form of squeezing or diluted in the form of soup. Bon appetit.
