- 7 tea glasses of bulgur with meatball
- 1 grain onion
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 4 tablespoons dried tomato
- Peanuts + sesame seeds mix
- Salt
- Parsley

Batik (Anamur Region) Recipe Preparation
- Wet bulgur with hot water. Dried tomatoes are boiled in a little water for 2-3 minutes.
- Small chopped onions are rubbed with salt. Tomato paste, dried onion and bulgur are thoroughly kneaded.
- The kneading is continued by adding the ground sesame+pistachio mixture.
- Lemon, parsley and dill are added. It can also be prepared in the form of squeezing or diluted in the form of soup. Bon appetit.
