Ingredients for the Bechamel Sauce Recipe

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 3 tablespoons of flour

Bechamel Sauce Recipe Preparation

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  2. Add flour to the pot and mix
  3. Add milk to it slowly and mix it by whisking with a whisk
  4. Add salt and pepper and mix until it boils
  5. Remove from the heat 1-2 minutes after boiling. Bon appetit.
