- 1 teaspoon of meatball seasoning
- 1 tea spoon tip black pepper
- 1 level teaspoon of salt
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 5 tomatoes
- 2 spring onions and parsley
- 1 glass of oil
- 1 tablespoon of plain oil
- Half a tea glass of pomegranate syrup

- Chop the fresh onion, tomato and parsley finely and put them on a plate.
