Bulgur Meatballs

Ingredients for Bulgur Meatballs Recipe

Making Bulgur Meatballs Recipe

  1. We mix all the ingredients in a bowl, add water and knead well, roll the kneaded dough a little smaller than the marble.
  2. We put our meatballs in a pot of boiling water and boil them until they separate from the bottom of the pot, that is, until they are cooked. We add the meatballs and take them out of the oven when they are well blended.
  3. We prepare our yogurt sauce and add the cooled meatball sauce on it, decorate with fresh basil and mint.

    Note: If the consistency of the meatball is hard, continue kneading by adding hot water little by little, if it is soft, add the semolina-bulgur mixture little by little)
