  • 25 kg tomatoes
  • 5 liters of water + 2- 3 liters of cold water
  • 10 tablespoons of salt
  • Garlic powder (optional)

  1. If you have tomatoes, remove the stems. After thorough washing, +-shaped scratches are made on the lower parts.
  2. Water is poured into a large pot and boiled thoroughly. Then the tomatoes are boiled in water for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Boiled tomatoes are thrown into cold water without waiting. After waiting for a while to cool, their shells are peeled off.
  4. They are cut into pieces with a knife and put into the pot to be boiled. Add salt and garlic powder to it. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally. (about ⅓ of it will decrease and absorb its water)
  5. The jar to be used on the other side and its lids (which have never been used before) are washed with hot water. It is turned upside down into boiling water in a large container and left for 2-3 minutes. It is turned upside down and kept like this for a day. The next day, they are turned flat and removed to a cool and sunless place.
