  • 1 kilo of zucchini
  • 1 kilo of tomatoes
  • Salt

Canned Winter Pumpkin Recipe

  1. Cut the zucchini and tomatoes into cubes. (I peeled the tomatoes). Salt is added according to taste.
  2. It is cooked in a large pot for about half an hour. If the tomatoes are less watery, you can add some water. Since my tomatoes are not very juicy, I added about 1 glass of water.
  3. The bottom of the stove is slowly poured into boiling jars.
  4. The lids, which were previously boiled in water, are well closed and turned upside down. It is left in this way overnight.
  5. The next day, the lids are checked and stored in a cool place.
