- 1 kilo of zucchini
- 1 kilo of tomatoes

- Cut the zucchini and tomatoes into cubes. (I peeled the tomatoes). Salt is added according to taste.
- It is cooked in a large pot for about half an hour. If the tomatoes are less watery, you can add some water. Since my tomatoes are not very juicy, I added about 1 glass of water.
- The bottom of the stove is slowly poured into boiling jars.
- The lids, which were previously boiled in water, are well closed and turned upside down. It is left in this way overnight.
- The next day, the lids are checked and stored in a cool place.
