Ingredients for Cigkofte with Walnuts
- 4 cups of brown bulgur with raw meatballs
- 2 dried onion
- 3 tomatoes (medium size)
- Half a glass of walnuts
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon of chili paste
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tea spoon of cumin
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon of salt (reduce or increase is up to you)
- 2 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
- 2.5 tablespoons of isot
- Half a glass of olive oil or juice liquid oil
- ( we mix our isot and oil in a bowl and keep it ready as we will add it during the kneading process )
Cowmeat Cigkofte Recipe Preparation
