
Ingredients for Cheesecake Recipe
- 2.5 cups of fine bulgur
- 1 glass of hot water< /li>
- 1 onion
- 2 large cloves of garlic
- 2.5 tablespoons of isot (for those who do not want bitterness) may add a little)
- Half a tea glass of oil or olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 3 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons of pepper paste
- 1.5 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
Çigkofte Recipe Preparation
- Wet the bulgur with a glass of hot water.
- While the bulgur is softening, pour it into a separate bowl. We grate the onion and garlic.
- Add all the other ingredients on it and mix it well.
- We pour half of the bulgur on top and start kneading.
- After kneading a little, add the remaining ingredients and knead. We continue.
- While kneading, we add little water in between and let the bulgur melt thoroughly.
- At this stage, I mash a little with a blender for about 15 minutes (those with a kneading machine can also use it).
- Lastly, we knead a little more with our hands, let it rest for 10 minutes and shape it for serving.
