- 3.5 cups of fine bulgur

- 2 onions
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tomato
- 1-1.5 cups of oil
- 1/2 (half) tea glass of isot
- 1/2 (half) tea glass of sumac

- Pomegranate syrup
- Cold water or ice

- We cook the oil and tomato paste over the fire.
- Let it aside to cool.
- After cooling, bulgur, We put our tomato paste and oil on our tray.
- We grate our onions, garlic and tomatoes on top.
- We knead them all.
- After we eat them well, we add isot, sumac and a dash of salt and pepper.
- Paint We add lemon and pomegranate syrup according to your taste and continue kneading.
- While kneading, we sprinkle cold water at regular intervals so that the bulgur loses its hardness. (You can use ice instead of cold water if you want.)
- If the raw meatballs are dry, you can add oil by eye.
