  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tomato
  • 1-1.5 cups of oil
  • 1/2 (half) tea glass of isot
  • 1/2 (half) tea glass of sumac

  • Lemon
  • Pomegranate syrup
  • Cold water or ice

  1. We cook the oil and tomato paste over the fire.
  2. Let it aside to cool.
  3. After cooling, bulgur, We put our tomato paste and oil on our tray.
  4. We grate our onions, garlic and tomatoes on top.
  5. We knead them all.
  6. After we eat them well, we add isot, sumac and a dash of salt and pepper.
  7. Paint We add lemon and pomegranate syrup according to your taste and continue kneading.
  8. While kneading, we sprinkle cold water at regular intervals so that the bulgur loses its hardness. (You can use ice instead of cold water if you want.)
