Meatballs How to Make the Recipe?

  1. First, mix 2 glasses of bulgur with 2 glasses of hot water and leave for 15 minutes.
  2. Then, the onion, garlic, and parsley are passed through a thin rondo.
  3. Take our bulgur into a mixing bowl and add the onion, garlic and parsley mixture to the bulgur by squeezing the juice.
  4. Then we can add all our remaining ingredients and blend. After adding all of them, kneading for half an hour will be enough (bulgurs are cooked because they are waiting in hot water), your work will be easier if you slightly wet your hands while shaping.
