- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 teaspoons of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sumac
- 1 teaspoon isot
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate syrup
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tea glass of oil
- 2 glasses of hot water
- 2 glasses of fine bulgur
- Half a lemon
How to Make Meatballs Recipe
- Let’s put our bulgur in a bowl with our salt and water and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
- Grade the onion and garlic (you can also pass them through a robot faster :)).
- All Materials Let’s take the seeds into the bulgur and mix until the ingredients are mixed together.
- With the help of a blender, let’s press it from the top in the first place, mix the meatballs in between so that the meatballs are drawn evenly.
- Let’s knead a couple of times with our hands before shaping. Have a good consistency, then you can shape it and put it on a serving plate.
