Ingredients for Çigköfte Recipe

  • 4 glasses of brown bulgur for meatballs
  • 1 glass of boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons heaped tomato paste
  • 4 tablespoons heaped hot pepper paste
  • 2 tablespoon of isot
  • 4 level teaspoons of coriander
  • 4 teaspoons of black pepper
  • 4 a teaspoon of cumin
  • 4 a teaspoon of allspice
  • 1 a teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 level teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 2 level teaspoons of granulated sugar
  • 1, 5 teaspoons of powdered sumac
  • 1, 5 teaspoons of powdered ginger
  • 1 level teaspoon of poy
  • 2 meat bouillon
  • 1 tea glass of olive oil
  • 6 medium tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • Half a tea glass of pomegranate syrup
  • Half a bunch of parsley

How to Make Meatballs Recipe?

  1. Wet the bulgur with boiling water and let it rest for 15 minutes. .
  2. Let’s grate and prepare the tomatoes, onion and garlic.
  3. Put all the ingredients except parsley and pomegranate syrup into a mixing bowl and knead for half an hour.
