Ingredients for Meatless Meatballs (Or Even Better) Recipe
- 1 kg bulgur for meatballs
- 4 glasses of boiling water to soak the bulgur
- 2 onions
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of pepper paste
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon isot< /li>
- 1 glass of pomegranate syrup (do not use bimin pomegranate syrup) I use the leading brand
- 1 tea glass of olive oil
- 7 cloves of garlic
- 1 bunch of parsley
How to Make Meatless Meatless Meatballs (Or Even Better) Recipe?
- First of all, take your bulgur into a suitable container and wet it with 4 glasses of water. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- While your bulgur is resting, pass 2 onions through the rondo. Squeeze the juice and set aside. At the end of 15 minutes, bulgur and ovacaz onions (in order not to give a bitter taste because we squeezed the juice)
- Let’s peel the tomatoes and garlic and pass them through the rondo. After getting a smooth consistency, let’s add everything in order except the parsley in the list I gave you.
- Now you can increase or decrease the salt, bitterness and pomegranate syrup according to your taste. We knead with this sauce until we get the consistency we want.
- If it has the consistency we want, we add the finely chopped parsley and continue kneading, and we kill the parsley in a little bit.
- If it has the consistency we want, it is ready to serve. Enjoy those who will try it. In the meantime, we taste it, and if there is something we find missing in its flavor, we add it. This recipe of mine is complete. I didn’t use anything extra. I also used lemon during the serving phase. The reason why I didn’t use it before is because the bulgur is hardened
