
Ingredients for Meatballs Recipe (with Video)
- 3 cups dark fine bulgur wheat (it’s okay if you don’t have brown)
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 tea glass of pomegranate syrup

- 3 tablespoons of raw meatball spice (I bought it from Malatyapazar for 4-5₺)
- 1.5 teaspoons of sumac to half a tea glass of oil
- Half a bunch of parsley
- Half a lemon
- 2-3 tablespoons of oil̆
Cigkofte Recipe (with Video) Preparation
- Let’s add brown bulgur to the meatball tray.
- Let’s grate the onion And let’s squeeze out the juice.
- When I add the water, it tastes bitter, so I don’t add the juice, I just add the pulp.
- Let’s grate the garlic and tomatoes (peel the skins).
- Half a tea Let’s add 1.5 teaspoons of sumac to a glass of oil and wait for the sumac to dissolve in the oil.
- Add the Çigkofte spice and isode.
- Add liquid sumac and start kneading for 45 minutes.
- Continue to knead, the consistency will thicken and the bulgur will swell.
- When the cheesecake is cooked well, let’s squeeze half a lemon and put 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a bowl.
- Take a walnut-sized raw meatball.
