How to Make Meatballs Sushi Recipe

  1. First of all, we boil the potato with 1.5 cups of water, we do not drain the water, we will use it for soaking the bulgur. We pour the hot water we have reserved on the bulgur and let it rest until it swells.
  2. We add grated onion, garlic, tomato paste, pomegranate syrup and spices to the swelling bulgur. We mash the boiled potatoes well and add them to the bulgur.
  3. We will add the liquid last. We knead our Çiğköfte for about 20 minutes until it has the consistency of chewing gum. If you use gloves, it will not stick to your hand. About 1 kilo of raw meatballs comes out of this raw meatball, you can make half the amount or increase the amount.
