Ingredients for Classic Fillet Recipe

  • 1 glass of ground bulgur

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 head of onion
  • 6-7 leaves of lettuce

Preparation of Classic Vinegar Recipe

  1. Bulghur for meatballs is taken in a suitable container, salt and water is added and left to swell for 15-20 minutes. Small chopped onion, tomato paste and spices are added to the swollen bulgur and kneaded well.
  2. Small chopped salad ingredients are added and kneaded again. Add oil and mix again. It is served by adding pomegranate syrup.
