  • 400 grams of mushrooms

Creamy Mushroom Sauce Recipe Preparation

  1. Peel and thinly slice the mushrooms and soak them in lemon water for 15 minutes. Then wash and drain.
  2. Take the fat in a pan and melt it
  3. Place the mushrooms on it and fry until soft
  4. When the mushrooms soften, pour the cream and stir. Cook for 5-6 minutes
  5. Add the spices and mix.
  6. Whisk and mix 1 teaspoon of flour with half a glass of water in a bowl.
  7. Then add the flour by mixing it into the creamed mushrooms.
  8. Cook for another 2-3 minutes
  9. Finally, add finely chopped parsley on it, mix it and remove it from the stove.
  10. Consume the sauce hot otherwise it will freeze.
