Ingredients for the Recipe for Delicious Cig Kofte with Meat Bouillon and Walnuts
- 2 cups of bulgur with meatballs
- 1.5 cups of hot water
- 1 meat bouillon
- Half a bunch of parsley
- 1 onion
- Half a tablespoonful of salt (adjust according to the salt content of tomato paste)
- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce or spicy/non-spicy ketchup
- 1.5 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1, 5 tablespoons chili paste
- 1 tea glass of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of isot
- 1 dessertspoon of black pepper
- Greed pomegranate syrup, (I put half a tea glass and it came just right)
- Before kneading You can add 1 teaspoon of crushed walnuts or hazelnuts upon request. It gives a lot of flavor.
