Delicious Çiğköfte With Meat Bouillon And Walnuts

Ingredients for the Recipe for Delicious Cig Kofte with Meat Bouillon and Walnuts

  • 2 cups of bulgur with meatballs
  • 1.5 cups of hot water
  • 1 meat bouillon
  • Half a bunch of parsley
  • 1 onion
  • Half a tablespoonful of salt (adjust according to the salt content of tomato paste)

  • 1.5 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1, 5 tablespoons chili paste
  • 1 tea glass of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of isot
  • 1 dessertspoon of black pepper
  • Greed pomegranate syrup, (I put half a tea glass and it came just right)
  • Before kneading You can add 1 teaspoon of crushed walnuts or hazelnuts upon request. It gives a lot of flavor.
