
Ingredients for Dragon Oil (Spicy Olive Oil) Recipe
- 250 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 7-10 whole dried small chili peppers, ornamental peppers (the hottest one you can find)
Dragon Oil (Spicy Olive Oil) Recipe Preparation
- Wear disposable gloves on your hands and crush the dried chili or any other type of hot pepper (I used Thai pepper) well in your palms. Gloves are important, otherwise you may burn your hands.
- Transfer the chopped pepper pieces, seeds and stems to a suitable jar.
- Pour olive oil on it and close it tightly with the lid.
- Darkness Put it somewhere (e.g. kitchen cabinet) and shake it once a day. Depending on the bitterness of the pepper, your dragon oil will be ready in 3-5 days.
What can it be used for? Salads, appetizers, yoghurt (can be poured over the “atom appetizer” without burning it), in toasts, on pizza, soups, etc.
