
Ingredients for Easy Raw Meatballs Recipe
- 3 cups of brown bulgur for meatballs (boiling water for soaking)
- 1 large onion
- 2 large cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons of pepper paste
- 3 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
- 1 lemon
- 1 pinch of parsley
- Half a tea glass of oil
- Cumin, black pepper, sumac, paprika powder
- Mint, thyme, chili pepper, isot, salt (you can adjust according to taste)
Easy Raw Meatballs Recipe Preparation
- First of all, let’s wet our bulgur with boiling water. After waiting for 10 minutes, grate the onion and garlic on the tray.
- Add the softened bulgur. Let’s put the tomato paste, spices, lemon and pomegranate minus on it and knead it. Kneading for 10 minutes is enough since we already wet it.
- When it comes to the end, let’s add your oil and parsley and knead it again for 3-4 minutes and put it in the closet.
