  • 4 cups dark raw meatballs fine bulgur
  • 2 packaged meatball mix
  • 4 glasses of hot water
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons of pepper paste
  • Half a glass of isot
  • 1 glass of hot water
  • 10 -12 cloves of garlic
  • Half a tea glass of olive oil
  • 2 – 3 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
  • Half a bunch of parsley

Easy Raw Meatballs Recipe Preparation

  1. Put the bulgur in a container with a lid, pour 4 glasses of hot water on it and close the lid and let it brew for about half an hour.
  2. Grade the garlic, put olive oil on it, Let it sit until the bulgur is brewed.
  3. Put half a glass of hot water on the isot and wait until the bulgur is brewed.
  4. Put the soaked garlic in the brewed bulgur with oil and isot juice. Put the meatballs and tomato paste. Pour the pomegranate syrup and knead well.
  5. Chop the parsley finely, add it to the meatballs and complete the kneading process. Put it in a container with a lid.
  6. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. < li>Serve by squeezing in the form of meatballs.
