
Ingredients for Easy Raw Meatballs with Crush (with Video) Recipe
- 2 cups of fine bulgur with raw meatballs (must be Reis brand)
- 1 and a half cups of boiling water
- 1 medium sized onion grater
- 2 cloves of large crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoon of pepper paste
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 2 tablespoons isot
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tea glass of oil
- Half a tea glass of pomegranate syrup
Easy Raw Meatballs (with Video) Recipe Making with Mastic
- First of all, let’s wet the bulgur with boiling water and cover it. (The brand of bulgur is REIS, and when I make it with other bulgur, it was not good to taste the meatballs.)
- Let’s take the grated onion, crushed garlic, tomato paste, spices, salt and pomegranate syrup in a large bowl and mix them all together. Let it rest for a while.
- In the meantime, let’s mix the soaked bulgur and let it cool a bit.
- After 10 minutes, let’s add the spicy sauce to the bulgur and mix it and let it eat.
- Mash it for 10 minutes with a masher.
- Then we gather it together with our hands, shape it and arrange it on a tray.
- It is easier to shape if we wet our hands with water in the meantime.
