- 2.5 cups of raw bulgur wheat
- 1 cup of boiling water
- 2 medium onions
- 3 tomatoes
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of chili paste
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1 tea glass of olive oil
- Half a tea glass of pomegranate syrup
- Half a tea glass of isot
- 1 tablespoons of cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoonful of cumin
- 1 teaspoonful of thyme
- 1 teaspoonful of basil
- Half a teaspoon of black pepper
- Salt
Easy Raw Meatballs ( Meatless ) Recipe Preparation
- Put the bulgur in this bowl and pour 1 glass of boiling water over it.
- Let’s close your mouth and wait for the bulgur to swell. 15 minutes is enough.
- Let’s soak the heat with a cup of hot water.
- Let’s drain the onions in the robot and drain them.
- Let’s grind the tomatoes and garlic in the robot too. < li>Pour the swelled and cooled bulgur into the raw meatball tray.
- Let’s start kneading by putting the onion, tomato paste and spices on it.
