Ingredients for Meatballs with Eggs

  • 3 cups of bulgur for meatballs
  • 2/3 cup isot

  • 2 tablespoons of pepper paste
  • 1 onion
  • Salt, pepper, cinnamon
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Half a teaspoon of parsley
  • 3 sprigs of green onions
  • 1 glass of olive oil
  • 3 eggs
  • Water

Making Egg Meatballs Recipe

  1. Bulgur, slightly soaked isot, salt, pepper, cinnamon, fine Chopped garlic and onion, pepper and tomato paste are first kneaded.
  2. The kneading is continued by taking water from time to time. When the bulgur is softened, finely chopped green onion and parsley are added.
  3. Knead a little more while scrambled eggs are made in the form of scrambled eggs in a well-heated oil, not fried too much.
  4. The scrambled egg is added last, and is mixed. Our meatballs are ready. Lettuce, radish, tomato, cucumber would be very nice with it ☺️
