- 3 cups of bulgur for meatballs

- 1 glass of olive oil
- 3 eggs

Making Egg Meatballs Recipe
- Bulgur, slightly soaked isot, salt, pepper, cinnamon, fine Chopped garlic and onion, pepper and tomato paste are first kneaded.
- The kneading is continued by taking water from time to time. When the bulgur is softened, finely chopped green onion and parsley are added.
