Egg Meatballs Recipe Preparation
- First of all, we take our bulgur in a bowl and add hot boiling water to it. Let’s soak it and let it soak.
- After resting, add grated tomatoes, finely chopped onions, garlic, tomato paste, pomegranate syrup, salt and spices and knead well.
- After getting its consistency, finely chopped parsley on it, Let’s add fresh mint and green onion, mix and set aside.
- Get enough oil in a pan.
- After it gets hot, add 3 scrambled eggs to the hot oil and fry the egg.
- Let’s add it to our meatballs and mix it with the help of a spoon.
