Egg Meatballs

Ingredients for Meatballs with Eggs

  • 3 cups of ground bulgur
  • 1 large grated tomato
  • 1 small grated or finely chopped onion
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 3 tablespoons of paprika
  • 3-4 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Five types
  • 3 eggs
  • Parsley
  • Fresh mint
  • Green onion
  • Oil li>

Egg Meatballs Recipe Preparation

  1. First of all, we take our bulgur in a bowl and add hot boiling water to it. Let’s soak it and let it soak.
  2. After resting, add grated tomatoes, finely chopped onions, garlic, tomato paste, pomegranate syrup, salt and spices and knead well.
  3. After getting its consistency, finely chopped parsley on it, Let’s add fresh mint and green onion, mix and set aside.
  4. Get enough oil in a pan.
  5. After it gets hot, add 3 scrambled eggs to the hot oil and fry the egg.
  6. Let’s add it to our meatballs and mix it with the help of a spoon.
