
Ingredients for Gaziantep’s Indispensable Fat Meatballs :) Recipe
- for 2 people
- Fine bulgur wheat (1 tea glass per person )(They say fine bulgur bagel in Antep, and “dugcek” in Tokat)
- 1 tablespoon of pepper paste
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- Chili pepper
- Olive oil
- 1 bowl of tomatoes (canned) )
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Half a bowl of finely chopped green onions
- Half a bowl of finely chopped parsley
- 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
- 1 thin slice of lemon
Gaziantep’s Indispensable Fat Meatballs :) Recipe Preparation
- Thin bulgur in a raw meatball tray We add uru cumin, salt, black pepper, garlic, lemon, tomato paste and some of the tomato, and start kneading.
- We will add tomatoes as they dry. we will burn pepper and olive oil on the last and pour it with its heat.
- Then you can shape it and eat it with greens and pickled pistachios :).
