Making Hamburger Bread Recipe
- To make your bread; I poured the milk, yeast, sugar, oil, yogurt and egg white into the dough machine. You can knead by hand, of course, since I have a machine, I used it.
- I added the flour slowly. Get a soft, non-sticky dough and leave it to ferment.
- Then divide this dough into 24 meringues, the size of a tangerine. Let it sit, remove it and sprinkle with sesame seeds on it.
- Turn the oven to 200 degrees upside down and let it cook.
- When it turns slightly pink, take it out of the oven and cover it with a damp cloth so that the top is hard when it comes out of the oven. Don’t be afraid, it will soften when a damp cloth covers it.
- For the filling of your patties; Ground beef, salt and pepper are thoroughly mixed, a transparent bag is placed on the lid of the jar, a piece of tangerine size is placed inside the lid, spread, flattened and removed. It is cooked in a lightly oiled pan. I served it with frozen potatoes and sausage in breadcrumbs.
It turned out really well that I couldn’t photograph it exactly as I wanted. As it is known, when it was time for iftar, we did not see anything.
