  • 4 onions

  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

How to Make Hatay Style Potato Meatballs and Minced Meat Recipe?

  1. First of all, we prepare our ground beef. We chop the onions finely and fry them in olive oil.
  2. Then we add our minced meat that has been roasted in a separate pot, add the chickpeas, spices, and after cooking, turn off the stove and prepare the ingredients for our meatballs in our meatball bowl (earth pot) and knead it by adding a little water.
