Hatay Style Raw Meatballs with Potatoes Recipe
- First of all, let’s cut the potatoes in half and boil them.
- Let’s take the ground meat in another pot and fry it until it turns brown.
- Let’s chop the onions finely and add them to the roasted meat, let’s add the salt and turn down the stove. Let’s mix it once in a while, when the onions release their juices, add olive oil, boil it for 5 minutes and turn off the heat.
