Ingredients for Homemade Raw Meatballs Recipe

  • 4-6 tea glasses of bulgur for meatballs (one tea glass per adult person)< li itemprop="ingredients">1 medium onion

How to Make Homemade Raw Meatballs Recipe

  1. Add all ingredients except water to the raw meatball kneading basin with a serrated bottom. (take care to chop the onions and garlic very small).
  2. Mix all the ingredients and add little water and start kneading slowly.
  3. The color will come out as you knead, at this stage you can increase the amount of tomato paste as you wish.
  4. Add water throughout your kneading process and continue. Continue this process until it softens.
  5. When the bulgur softens and gets the consistency you want, squeeze it with your palms for serving. Your raw meatballs are ready. Enjoy :) Note: You can adjust the amount of spice and bitterness according to your taste.
