How to Make Homemade Raw Meatballs Recipe
- Add all ingredients except water to the raw meatball kneading basin with a serrated bottom. (take care to chop the onions and garlic very small).
- Mix all the ingredients and add little water and start kneading slowly.
- The color will come out as you knead, at this stage you can increase the amount of tomato paste as you wish.
- Add water throughout your kneading process and continue. Continue this process until it softens.
