
Ingredients for Spicy Meatless Çiğköfte Recipe
- Half kg of raw bulgur wheat
- 2 large onions

- 4 sprigs of green onions
- 2 finger missing olive oil from 1 glass
- 3-4 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin

- 2 tablespoons of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon of seven kinds spice
- 1 teaspoon mint
How to Make Hot Meatless Çiğköfte Recipe?
- First of all, let’s knead our bulgur with finely chopped onions until soft (both bulgur needs to be good and well kneaded in this part)
- Then let’s add tomato paste and oil to each other and add it to our mixing bowl a little bit. let’s knead it that way (each bulgur may vary, but it will take about 40-45 minutes. Those who know the consistency of raw meatballs can adjust the kneading time accordingly)
- After these are mixed well, let’s add pomegranate syrup and spices and knead it to distribute it evenly.
- Lastly, let’s add the greens and serve them on the plates without killing them too much.
