  • 2 medium tomatoes

  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper< /li>
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 2 teaspoons of paprika li>
  • 3 teaspoons of isot
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon of hot pepper paste
  • 2 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
  • 2 pcs meat lemon
  • Half a tea glass of warm water
  • Ice (enough to thicken the mortar)

  1. First of all, we get our special raw meatball container. If it is not available at our house, you can also make it in a regular tray.
  2. Add tomato paste and salt to our bowl, add the peeled and grated tomatoes, onions and garlic and knead well.
  3. It can release the juice while grating the onions, so it can be filtered through a strainer. Let’s take it and squeeze the juice of our onion so that we can eliminate the bitter taste.
  4. After kneading the ingredients well, let’s add the bulgur slowly and continue kneading.
  5. While kneading, wet our hands with hot water for at least 15 minutes. -Let’s knead for another 20 minutes.
  6. Let’s add half a tea glass of warm water to our isot and let it wait for a while.
  7. Add the remaining isot to our mortar and knead for another 10 minutes, mint, thyme, black pepper, salt, cumin and flakes. Let’s add pepper and continue kneading for another 15 minutes.
  8. Then cut the lemons into rings, separate the seeds, add them to our mortar with their peels and knead for 10 minutes, so that the lemon peels will add a nice aroma to the mortar.
  9. After 10 minutes of kneading, Then, let’s remove the lemon peels and add the ice to our mortar and continue kneading until it melts and the mortar has a consistency. Let’s check the raw meatballs, if they are soft and can be eaten, add the parsley and knead for another 5-10 minutes. Rest assured, it will be very good, you will not be able to get enough of it.
