- First of all, we get our special raw meatball container. If it is not available at our house, you can also make it in a regular tray.
- Add tomato paste and salt to our bowl, add the peeled and grated tomatoes, onions and garlic and knead well.

- After 10 minutes of kneading, Then, let’s remove the lemon peels and add the ice to our mortar and continue kneading until it melts and the mortar has a consistency. Let’s check the raw meatballs, if they are soft and can be eaten, add the parsley and knead for another 5-10 minutes. Rest assured, it will be very good, you will not be able to get enough of it.
