- 2 cups of brown bulgur
- 1. 5 glasses of hot water

- Half a tablespoon of pepper paste
- 1 teaspoon of ground salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon olive or sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate syrup
How to Make Kadriye’s Famous Çiğköfte Recipe?
- We wet our bulgur with hot water and after 10-15 minutes we start adding our ingredients.
- Wet the isot with 1 tablespoon of hot water and mix it, then put it on the bulgur.
- Cut the garlic and add it. z.
- Chop the onion finely. We cut 1 lemon into 4 pieces and put 3 pieces of it on the bulgur with its peel, so we wash it thoroughly.
- We put the tomato and pepper paste in it.
- After adding black pepper, salt and chili pepper, the bulgur grains are thoroughly washed. Knead until they stick together (combine). It’s about 20-30 minutes.
- Then we add olive oil and pomegranate syrup, knead a little more, then squeeze and serve.
