  • 1 teaspoon isot
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of pomegranate syrup
  • Lettuce
  • Parsley
  • Green onion

How to Make Lentil Meatballs Recipe?

  1. Wash the lentils and put them in the pot.
  2. Add a liter of water to it. Let the bottom come to a boil.
  3. Let’s cook until it boils and evaporates.
  4. When it softens, add the bulgur.
  5. Cover the pot and let it brew for half an hour.
  6. Add the fried onion paste mixture to the rested lentils (I also fry the spices with onion paste).
  7. Add lemon and pomegranate syrup.
