Ingredients for Lentil Meatballs Recipe

  2. Let’s add our fine bulgur into it, mix it, close the lid and let the bulgur soften a little.

  4. Let’s turn off the stove, add the spices, add it to our soaked lentils, finely chop our green onions and parsley and set aside.
  5. Let’s get our lentils in our kneading bowl and knead them. Let’s add and shape our greens and serve with hot sauce, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, pickles. Bon appetit.
