Making Lentil Meatballs Recipe

  1. First of all, we take our medium saucepan. We boil 2 glasses of lentils in 4-5 glasses of water.
  2. After the lentils are boiled well, we put 1 glass of fine bulgur into it. We put our spices and salt in it and leave it for 15 minutes with the lid closed.
  3. On the other hand, we chop our dry onions into small cubes. We fry it in olive oil. After our onions are roasted, we add our tomato paste and continue frying. We also put our spices and take them out of the fire.
  4. On the one hand, we wash, clean and chop our parsley and green onions. We put our lentils and onions in a deep bowl and start kneading. Then we shape it and arrange it on our serving plate. Bon appetit.
