Ingredients for Lentil Meatballs Recipe

  • 4 medium potatoes

How to Make Lentil Meatballs Recipe

  1. First, we leave the lentils and potatoes to cook with 4 glasses of water, 1 teaspoon of cumin and salt.
  2. When the lentils melt and the potatoes are boiled, we close the bottom.
  3. Add our bulgur into it and mix it and close the lid of the pot. .
  4. After the bulgur is drained, we pour it into the container that we will knead.
  5. Mash the potatoes with a spoon (it’s easier if you have a potato mash)
    Note: This is so that the potatoes get cold late and we don’t burn our hands. We make it.
  6. Then we put our oil and onions in the stove and fry them until they turn pink.
  7. After roasting, we add our tomato paste and melt it.
  8. We close the bottom and pour it over our bulgur and mix it.
  9. When it reaches the temperature that our hand can withstand, add 1 teaspoon of cumin and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. We knead it by kneading it.
  10. Lastly, we add the parsley and mix it.
  11. We shape it by squeezing it with our hands.
