Ingredients for Lentil Meatballs Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon of chili flakes

How to Make Lentil Meatballs Recipe?

  1. Boil red lentils in hot water. Add the thin bulgur that is close to absorbing its water and remove the lentils from the heat.
  2. Leave the fine bulgur together with the lentils for about 15 minutes to swell in the pot with the lid closed.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions.< /li>
  4. Add the pepper paste, tomato paste, salt, chili pepper and cumin and fry the onion mixture for 3-4 minutes.
