- Put the lentils in the pot, add the water to it and leave it on the stove. When there is very little water left to boil, we take it from the stove and add fine bulgur on it and close the lid. We let it rest for 25-30 minutes.
- At the same time, we take oil in the pan and add the onions that we cut into cubes. We just dry it. Add tomato paste until the color turns slightly. If you want, you can mix half and half tomato paste with pepper paste. I just chose the chili paste. It’s better that way.
