  1. The lentils are washed well in a suitable pot, then 5 glasses of warm water are added to it and left to boil over medium heat.

  9. The meatballs need to stay a little soft, so if it’s dry, put your hand in extra hot water. You can knead the meatballs by dipping them and give them consistency.
  10. Meanwhile, tomato paste is added to the onions that are starting to cook, and it is blended well. Chili pepper is added close to the bottom (if you like it hot). (The reason I added the oil later is that it doesn’t lose its shine close to getting our meatballs together)
  11. Finely chopped onion, if there is parsley, garlic (it’s great in the season) is added on the kneaded meatballs and the remaining oil from the sauce in the pan is poured over the greens. < li>Our meatballs are kneaded well without crushing the greens too much and collected on one side of the basin.
