- 2 -3 tablespoons of salt
Lutenitsa (Delicious Breakfast Sauce) Recipe Preparation
- Let’s roast eggplants and capia peppers in the oven.
- Let’s peel the skin of the tomatoes.
- I cleaned the flakes of the green peppers and blended them with the tomatoes in a blender.
- I put them on the stove and cooked them until the tomato juice was gone.
- Meanwhile, when the peppers are roasted, the eggplants are put into the bag with their heat. I put it on and close the mouth.
- The skins cool very easily after waiting for 10 minutes.
- When I peeled off the skins, I spent it clouding them all.
