  • 250 g green pepper (if you want it hot, you can add it optionally)
  • 1. 5 glasses of olive oil
  • 1. 5 glasses of vinegar (I chose apple cider vinegar so that it doesn’t have a dominant taste)
  • 1 head of garlic (chopped finely)
  • 2 -3 tablespoons of salt

  1. Let’s roast eggplants and capia peppers in the oven.
  2. Let’s peel the skin of the tomatoes.
  3. I cleaned the flakes of the green peppers and blended them with the tomatoes in a blender.
  4. I put them on the stove and cooked them until the tomato juice was gone.
  5. Meanwhile, when the peppers are roasted, the eggplants are put into the bag with their heat. I put it on and close the mouth.
  6. The skins cool very easily after waiting for 10 minutes.
  7. When I peeled off the skins, I spent it clouding them all.
  8. Aubergine and capia, which we watched over the drained tomatoes and pulled from the blender I added the peppers.
  9. After this step, let’s cook by stirring.
  10. If we don’t mix it, it may splash around.
  11. When it starts to boil, let’s cook the salt. Add u vinegar, olive oil and garlic, mix for 2-3 minutes and close the bottom.
  12. Fill it in hot hot jars, close the jars and turn them upside down.
