  1. Let’s start by roasting the peppers, peel the roasted peppers, remove the seeds and drain the water well (if possible, do this. make it a day in advance because it may take a long time to cook when it is very juicy, put it in a strainer and let the juice flow well )
  2. The skins of the tomatoes are peeled and chopped into small pieces, if you say it is difficult, you can pass them through the robot, in the same way, the peppers can be processed in the robot. ir (I chopped them both into small pieces)
  3. Chop the parsley, finely chop the garlic.
  4. Put the tomatoes in the pot first and fry them on medium heat until they get their juices.
  5. After that, add the peppers and leave them to fry, stirring frequently, so that the bottom does not stick. let’s keep frying until it comes out, about 8,, 10 minutes is enough.
  6. From now on, it’s easy, add parsley, garlic powder sugar and vinegar, add salt according to your taste, cook for about 10 more minutes. By the way, your jars are clean. and get it ready, leave the lids in hot water (to be sterile)
  7. Fill your cooked sauce in the jar with one finger missing, and close the lid tightly by wiping it.
  8. Put the lids upside down on the cloth, all the water Cover the jars side by side with a cloth on the knee again, do not open them until the next day (just like yoghurt yeasts)
  9. Then check the jars, the lids that have been kept well should have collapsed inwards, so you can keep them intact all year round,
    Small size jar should be preferred for this sauce, because after opening, you should keep it in the refrigerator until it is finished. If the jar is small, you will finish your opened sauce in a short time and you will eat it deliciously,
