
Ingredients for Lutinesta Sauce Recipe
- DIMENSIONS For 1 liter canning jar
- 1 kg tomatoes ( Bursa tomatoes)
- 10 capia peppers
- 4 eggplants
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 2 teaspoons of grape vinegar
- Half a tea glass of olive oil (extra virgin)
- 5- 6 cloves of garlic
Lutinesta Sauce Recipe Preparation
- Wash the tomatoes, peppers and eggplants with plenty of water and dry them.
- Place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Roast the vegetables in a 200° fan oven.
- When the embers are finished, take them out of the oven and cover them until they are warm so that the vegetables will sweat.
- This way, their skins are peeled off immediately.
- Tomatoes, peppers and peel the eggplants. Remove the seeds from the peppers.
- Put all of them, including the garlic, through a roaster or processor. Put it in the pot.
- Add olive oil, vinegar, salt. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Take them in hot and hot jars.
- Direct 2 tablespoons of olive oil on them and this way you will cut off their contact with the air.
- Close the lids tightly. Store in a cool place out of direct sunlight. Bon appetit.
