Ingredients for Making Home Tarhana Recipe
- 1 kilo tomatoes
- 1 kilo onions
- 1 kilo of red pepper paste
- Half kilo of green hot pepper optional
- Half a kilo of chickpeas(one it will be put in water the night before)
- A bunch of parsley
- A bunch of mint
- 1 kilo of yoghurt strain (if you can’t find strainer, leave the regular canned yogurt in a strainer for half an hour and strain the water. In a fine strainer. )
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- 2 soups spoon of coarse salt
- 4.5 kilos of flour
- 1 glass of water
- 1 pack 42 grams of yeast
