How to Make Meatless Meatballs Recipe

  1. Potatoes are peeled and boiled. 1 cup of boiling water is separated. Bulgur is soaked with this water.
  2. Grated onions, crushed potatoes and tomato paste are added to it and mixed.
  3. All spices are added to half a glass of olive oil and left for a while.
  4. Lastly, spices are added and kneaded.
  5. Leave it to rest in the refrigerator for 1 night in a pyrex covered with cling film.
