  • Salt according to your taste

Preparation of Meat and Potato Stuffing Recipe for Pastry


  1. Place the potatoes in a saucepan, add enough water to cover and 1 level tablespoon of salt. Let it boil. If the knife slides in and out easily, it’s done.
  2. Maintain the juice of the potato and add cold water.
  3. After the potatoes have cooled, peel and chop finely.

  8. Add the mince and saute until it releases its juice. Add the spices last and cook for another 5 minutes. Let it cool down.
