How to Make Meatballs Recipe

  1. First of all our tomatoes, onions and garlic are thoroughly clean It is monitored.
  2. Then it is put into the rondo container to be passed through the rondo together.
  3. It is passed through the rondo.
  4. The mixture in the rondo should be 750 ml in total. For this reason, if it is missing, you can adjust this amount by adding tomatoes and onions little by little and rinsing. We open our meatball set and pour that bulgur mixture into our kneading bowl.
  5. Just on top of it, we put the tomato mortar that we took from the rondo. If you have a dough kneading machine, it will be easy for you, otherwise, you can knead the bulgur well until soft. It is necessary to knead for about half an hour.
  6. After the bulgur softens, tomato paste, pepper paste, olive oil and minced meat are added and thoroughly kneaded. If possible, it will be better if the minced meat is double-drawn. This kneading takes approximately 35-40 minutes in our process.
  7. Finally, add the chopped spring onion and parsley into our raw meatballs, mix/knead for 5 minutes, and then it is ready to shape.
